Starting Early

Each year I'm always full of good intentions when it comes to Christmas cards - this year I mean it!!
This afternoon I got the Christmas supplies out and made a start...

I've used a large 8x8 rad base card and added a 7x7 square of tartan patterned paper. I can't remember 100% what make the decoupage is - possibly Craft Creations. Finally I added die cut letters (SON) and a punched snowflake. Very simple design but it really stand out because of the size.

I'm entering this card into the challenges at:

Hiding In My Craft Room #301 - masculine
Creative Friday #179 - card for a man
C R A F T Challenge - Christmas - WINNER!
Merry Christmas Challenge - gingerbread Top Pick!
Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge #334 - anything Christmas

Only 7 months to go...
